Delete account and data

In the app

Open Fellbert, tap the gear icon at the top right, then “Account & sync”, and at the bottom “Delete account”. In one go the app removes your pets’ data from the server, all shares, the addresses used for notifications and finally the account itself. This happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed: write to us from your account’s email address at support@fellbert.app with the subject “Delete account”. The message coming from that address is our proof that it is from you. We then delete the account by hand in the admin console, within 30 days, and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in details, i.e. email address and password hash.
• All synchronised data of the pets you solely own: profiles, plans, daily logs, history, observations and appointments.
• The device tokens for push notifications and all shares you have granted.

What remains

Data that exists only on your phone is deleted by removing the app, this includes in particular the owner’s contact details, which are never transmitted anyway. A pet that someone else shared with you belongs to that person and stays with them.

You cancel your subscription separately in your Apple or Google account; deleting your Fellbert account does not end it.
